  • Third-Party Sales (TPS) is 65% of the business.
  • The product team had not established trust with the business.
  • Our TPS experience did not provide unique value to users.
  • Banks questioned the value added to their revenue.

Our Hypothesis

Offering a better customer experience for TPS will lead to increased user engagement, resulting in higher revenue per property and improved property salability.

The Strategy

In my role as the lead designer for this project, I assisted in conducting research and collaborated with a team consisting of one other designer, four engineers, one project manager, and various business stakeholders in successfully launching the TPS PDP.
